Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION
Please use your email confirmation to RESCHEDULE or CANCEL your appointment. Must be done 24 HOURS PRIOR to appointment time or deposit is lost. If no dates/times work out for you please cancel your appointment. A refund will be issued.
✨ SERVICE REMOVAL
Choosing to remove a service the day of your appointment (for whatever reason) will result in the loss of your deposit for that specific service.
Example: If you book a Lash Lift + Brow Shaping appointment (or any other service) and choose to remove the Lash Lift on the day of your appointment the $40 Lash Lift deposit will be forfeited. The $25 Brow Shaping deposit will still be applied toward your Brow Shaping service.
With last minute changes it can no longer be filled by another client. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time reserved specifically for you.
